This is a delicious sourdough that cuts really well and the crust is soft. Hubby and I could really tell the quality of this bread compared to other sourdoughs we’ve eaten. Recommend whizzing up any remaining bread for breadcrumbs to store in the freezer. Great for a crunchy topping for pasta, cooked in olive oil with rosemary.
