How do I place an order?

Please visit our online farm shop and follow these simple steps:

Step 1: What are you looking for? i.e. a tray of 30 hen eggs

Step 2: What size of the egg would you like – Small, Medium or large

Step 3: Is this a one time purchase or would you like to set up a regular delivery every week/fortnight etc..

Step 4: How many trays would you like delivered

Step 5: Add to cart and either order more produce or click to view your cart

Step 6: Select your location from the drop down to see what day we are in your area to deliver

Step 7: Proceed to checkout

How to add new produce to my existing egg delivery?

Step 1: From the home page, select Farm Shop and Shop Now.

Step 2: Select either Strawberries or Asparagus

Step 3: Go to the dropdown at Choose a subscription plan: Here select how often you currently receive the eggs and the strawberries / asparagus can then be added into this regular delivery. (i.e. every week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks)

Step 4: Select how many punnets / bunches you would like

Step 5: Tick ‘Add to an existing subscription’ and your egg subscription details will appear below. If you get the message, ‘no matching subscriptions found’, change the frequency of the strawberry / asparagus delivery to match your eggs.

Step 6: Scroll down and click Add – This will show details of your eggs and strawberry / asparagus and say ‘you have successfully added ‘Strawberry' or 'Asparagus’ to subscription XXXX

Is there a minimum order?

Is there a minimum order? There is no minimum order. If your order value is above £6 for a delivery, there is no delivery charge. For smaller value orders (below £6), the delivery charge is £2.

Is there an order cut-off time?

We need a day to prepare orders and therefore we ask that if we deliver in your area on Wednesday, that you order by midnight on Monday.

What time can I expect my delivery?

Between 9am – 5pm. We are currently recruiting more delivery drivers with our aim to get deliveries to you earlier in the day. We cannot start deliveries earlier than 9am, as we collect the strawberries every morning to deliver out that day.

How fresh is your produce?

This is one of the key differences that we offer our customers. Our eggs are delivered within 2 – 3 days of being laid and we collect the strawberries from the fruit farm at 6:30am every morning to deliver that day.

How should I store my eggs?

Store eggs in a cool, dry place, ideally in the fridge. Store eggs away from other foods. It’s a good idea to use your fridge’s egg tray, if you have one, because this helps to keep eggs separate.
