Our Sweetcorn is grown at Rectory Farm, near Oxford. The 2021 season has been delayed due to unseasonal frosts in May and not quite enough sunshine in August however it’s finally here until hopefully the end of October. Our favourite way to enjoy sweetcorn is simply boiled and served with butter. It is also great for a late summer BBQ, with the outer husks protecting the cob from burning and can be easily peeled away when cooked.
